Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 7-10 days to process your order. Expect an email within 7-10 days to let you know your order is on the way! 

LOCAL PICKUP: Orders can be picked up daily. An email, text or private message will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Angela Davis, the owner of Angela Decorates, and the customer will agree upon a day for pickup. 

LOCAL DELIVERY: Angela Decorates does not offer local delivery.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:  Orders are generally shipped within 1 week using either UPS or USPS. Flat rate shipping fees apply to orders shipping within the United States. We do not ship outside of the United States at this  time.    

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES:  Angela Decorates uses FLAT RATE SHIPPING COSTS which will be calculated at checkout. The breakdown is as follows:

  • Order before tax totaling $15.00 or less: $5 shipping charge
  • Order before tax totaling $15.01-$35.00: $8 shipping charge
  • Order before tax totaling $35.01 or more: $12 shipping charge
  • Porch Leaner Shipping is a Flat Rate of $20.00

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES:  Angela Decorates does not currently ship outside the United States.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES:  We do not accept returns or exchanges, but we will work with the seller to resolve any issues with their order. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at angeladecorates@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If a refund is issued it, it will be refunded to the form of payment that was used to place the order.
